Takes about five minutes. Have these ready and you'll move straight through:

  • 01Your driving licence — clear photos of the front and back
  • 02A payslip and bank statement from the last three months
  • 03A separate proof of address — utility bill or council tax bill from the last three months
  • 04Your address history — anywhere you've lived in the last two years
  • 05Your income and monthly housing cost
  • 06A valid email address — we'll send your application updates there

No payment details are needed to apply. If approved, your refundable security deposit (one base 28-day payment, shown for your chosen van) and first 28-day payment are due immediately after you sign your agreement. Drivers must be 23+, hold a full licence for 2+ years and have at most six points. Subject to insurance approval and rental terms; no credit check.
